Qualification :
1: First Division Assistants – Must be holder of a Degree from an university established by law in India
2: Senior Assistant (KFCSC) – Must be holder of a Degree from an university established by law in India
3: Second Division Assistants – Must have passed IInd PUC / ITI / 3 YEARS DIPLOMA Examination
NOTE : The 10+2 Examination Conducted by Open University Cannot be Considered
4: Junior Assistant (KFCSC) – Must have passed IInd PUC / ITI / 3 YEARS DIPLOMA Examination

Steps to be followed while Registering & Filing the Online Application :
Note :
1) Applicants must read the Notification & Online Instructions carefully to know the
eligibility criteria and other requirement for filling “Online Application”.

2) Application submitted through On-Line does not imply that candidate has fulfilled all the criteria given in the Notification and Application is subject to subsequent scrutiny and the application can be rejected if found to be ineligible at any point of time.

3) Please go through the instructions step-by-step patiently. Application Form will be opened at the completion of all the instructions

Step 1:- Click on the “New Registration” Button below.
Step 2:- Fill up the basic details viz. Full Name, Father’s name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile No, E-mail Address etc.,

Step 3:- Follow the instructions and complete the Registration process step-by-step for generating a Registration Id & Password for login.
Note Candidates who have already Registered but have lost / forgot their Registration Id / Password can click on “Forgot Registration ID / Password” Button and fill up the details to display their Registration ID / Password

Step 4:- Login using the generated Registration Id & Password. Fill the one time contact details.
Note The personal & contact details will be reflected across all the posts for the convenience of the candidates.

Step 5:- Click on the Apply Button of the post which you wish to apply to fill the respective application details like Educational Qualification, Horizontal & Vertical Reservations (As Applicable), Preference of Departments etc., Upload Photograph with Signature and Upload required documents.

Note Preference tab is provided for the candidates :- While filling the application for more than one post, candidate has to provide the order of preference for selection of each post. Also department wise preference for selection has to be provided under each post

Step 6:- You can modify any details in the application if required, else click on ‘Final Submit’ button to Make Fee Payment for the application & Generate Application Preview. Finally click on Application Preview to take the print-out of the ONLINE application.

Note Candidates will not be able to modify any details in their application after clicking on ‘Final Submit’ Button.

Step 7:- To ease the payment of fees, two modes of payment are made available now:- Print Post Office Challan (OR) Make Online Payment

For Payment through Challan at Post Office, Click on Post Office Challan first to print the Challan and pay the Prescribed fees as mentioned, in the nearest E-payment Post Offices in Karnataka only.

For Payment through Online Payment Gateway, Click on Online Payment Button, select the mode of paying the fees from options available such as Credit Card/Debit Card/Online Banking etc., Enter the details required on the relevant option screen and submit the payment.

After a while you will get the payment reponse as “Success” once bank has received your fees, or else a “Failure” response is displayed on the screen along with the reason for failure.

Note DD, Postal Order, Money Orders and any other modes of payment will not be accepted.

Step 8:- Click on Home Button to Apply for a different post or to view the submitted Applications (Applied Post). Else Click on Logout Button anytime to close the application at any stage.
