Recruitment of Soil Conservation Officer :

The Punjab Public Service Commission invites Online Application Forms from eligible candidates for recruitment to 110 Posts of Soil Conservation Officer in the Department of Soil and Water Conservation, Government of Punjab.

PAY SCALE: Rs. 15600-39100 + 5400/- Grade Pay

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Should possess degree in M.Sc. (Agriculture) with Soil Science or Conservation Agriculture as a major subject or degree in B. Tech Agricultural Engineering, in Second division:
Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent standard.
Important Note: The candidates MUST possess the requisite qualification before or by 28-10-2016 (i.e. The Last date of submission of Online Application Forms.)

AGE :
(i) Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 01-01-2016.
(ii) Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for all States/ Central Government employees.
(iii) The Upper age limit is relaxed upto 42 years for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes of Punjab.

(iv) Ex-servicemen of Punjab Domicile shall be allowed to deduct the period of his service in the Armed Forces of Union from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for direct appointment to such a vacancy in the Service Rules concerned by more than three years, he shall be deemed to satisfy the condition regarding age limit.

(v) Upper age limit is also relaxable upto 42 years for Widows, Divorcees and certain other Categories of Women.
(vi) Upper age limit is also relaxed upto 47 years for Physically Handicapped of Punjab.

STEP WISE FLOW OF PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
STEP 1
Fill Online Application Form

STEP 2
Deposit the Application Fee By using the print out of system generated Bank Challan Form
The Candidate should go to any branch of State Bank of Patiala and deposit his/her Application fees as mentioned on the Challan Form only after a gap of one working day from the date of submitting the Online Application Form and Challan generation.

STEP 3
Print the submitted Application Form
Candidate can login and access his/her submitted Application form only after a gap of one working day From the date of depositing the application fee in any Branch of SBOP. (One day shall be utilized by Bank for fee reconciliation and updating of record.)

STEP 4
Submit the Hard Copy of the submitted Online Application Form along with self attested copies of the certificates and Bank Challan Form[ PPSC copy only]
