Recruitment of Project Engineer :

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is the premier R & D organization of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas.

C-DAC, Chennai seeks applications from suitable and interested candidates for the following positions against contractual engagement on consolidated remuneration on fixed tenure basis against project assignments:

Post: Project Engineer-I
Post Code :BSC-01

Duration of the position : 02/03 (Two/Three) years
Educational Qualification & Experience :
First class B.E./B. Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in relevant discipline
OR
DOEACC ‘C’ level with at least 5 year of post qualification work experience.
OR
Post Graduate Degree in Computer science/Electronics /IT/Computer Applications or relevant domain with at least 1 year of post qualification work experience in below mentioned job profile.
Desirable : Basic Programming skills & Good Communication in English
Job Profile : Knowledge in scripting languages, C/C++/Python/Java

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 31,000/- (in the band 31000-49450)
Upper Age limit (in years) 30 years as on October 31, 2016.

Educational Qualification & Experience :

OR
DOEACC ‘C’ level with at least 1 year of post qualification work experience.
OR
Masters in Technology (M. Tech)/ Masters in Engineering (ME)
OR
Ph.D. in relevant domain.
Desirable qualification :
Knowledge in virtualization is preferred
Hindi is must.
Job Profile :
Strong Skills in Linux System installation, Server configuration troubleshooting and administration.
Knowledge in Scripting languages, C/, C++/Python/ Java are preferred.
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 37,000/- (in the band 37000-59050)
Upper Age limit (in years) : 32 years as on October 31, 2016
