JRF Recruitment :

The fellowship is for a period of three years and coterminous with the duration of the project.

Applications on plain paper with complete bio-data (with passport size photograph) along with attested photocopies of candidate’s professional and academic certificates are invited from Indian nationals for one post of JRF (Junior Research Fellow)

To work in the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India sponsored International research project entitled “In vitro mass culture of Steinernema jeffreyense, a biocontrol agent against key insect pests” in the Department of Chemical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal for a period of Three-years.

The project is being implemented under the framework of the agreement on scientific and technological cooperation between the governments of the Republic of India and the Republic of South Africa.

Applications complete in all respects should be sent to the Principal Investigator on or before 1st Feb, 2017 through speed post only.

Minimum Qualification :
1. PhD in Life sciences (Entomology, Nematology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)
2. M.E./M.Tech. Degree in Industrial Biotechnology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemical Engineering.
Fellowship : 25,000 + 10 % HRA
