Qualification : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and ACS/ FCS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with minimum three (3) years working experience in managerial position of any office under Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSU/ reputed Private Company in
(i) ensuring compliance of various provisions of the Companies Act, 2013,
(ii) convene Board Meetings and other committee meetings etc. including preparation of agenda and drafting of minutes of meetings,
(iii) maintaining books, registers, records etc. as per applicable statutes including filing of returns, forms etc. Preference may be given to the candidate with additional qualification of ACA/ACMA.
Age : Not less than twenty four (24) years and not more than thirty five (35) years as on 01.01.2017.
Remuneration : Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand) only.

Qualification : Graduation in Commerce discipline from a recognized University and minimum three (3) years working experience as Assistant Accounts Officer or equivalent in any department under Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSU/ reputed Private Company. Preference may be given to the candidate with additional qualification of ACA/ACMA.
Age : Not less than twenty four (24) years and not more than thirty five (35) years as on 01.01.2017.
Remuneration : Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 27,000/- (Rupees twenty seven thousand) only.
