The candidates are requested to download their call letter (Admit Card) from the DME website i.e. dmeassam.gov.in from 17/01/2017 onwards.

All the terms and conditions to be fulfilled to appear in the test have been clearly mentioned in the call letter. Accordingly the candidates are directed to appear in the written test as per schedule.

It is to be mentioned that No call letter shall be sent to the candidates by post individually. For any query candidates may contact this office on 19/01/2017 and 20/01/2017 from 12 noon to 4 PM.

1. This call letter along with the above mentioned Roll No. is your admit card for the written examination.
2. Bring this call letter to the examination hall along with
(a) The original HSLC admit card for verification of your identity.
(b) 2(Two) copies of recent photograph with your Roll No. on the back side of the photograph.
(c) Black ball point pen for answering questions.
3. Mobile phone, Pagers, Calculators or any other gadgets are not allowed in the examination hall.
4. No candidate shall be allowed to enter into the Examination Hall after 15 minutes of beginning of the examination.

You may also note that:
(i) Total Marks of Written Test :50
(ii) Duration of Examination : 1½ Hours.
(iii) Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
(iv) No. of Questions: 50 (1 Mark for each question. No negative Marking).
(v) Questions shall be on General Knowledge, Science, English, Social Studies and General mathematics of HSLC Examination Standard.
