Written Test for the posts of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon to be held on 06.02.2017

It is hereby notified for information of all the concerned candidates appearing in the Written Test for the posts of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in Animal/Sheep Husbandry Department scheduled to be held on 06.02.2017 from 11:30 AM to 01:30 PM, that the Application No., Roll No, Name, Parentage and Venue-wise schedule is given in Annexure A & B to this Notice.

The candidates can download their Admit Cards w.e.f 25.01.2017 on Commission’s website jkpsc.nic.in.

The candidates are advised to take a print of the Admit card well in advance to avoid last minute rush. In the past cases have been noticed where some candidates have faced difficulty in accessing the server on the last day on account of server overload.

In case, if there is any such candidate who has applied for the said post but his/her name does not figure in the provisional list annexed, he/she may immediately contact the Commission’s Office at Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu or Camp Office Srinagar, with proof of submission of application form.

Note:
1. Only those candidates shall appear in the written test, who fulfill the eligibility prescribed for the post as mentioned in the Notification. However, permission to appear in the Written Test is purely provisional subject to further verification of the documents at any stage of selection process.

2. The candidature of such candidates shall be rejected at any stage of process of selection, who are found to have misrepresented or concealed the material facts having a bearing on their eligibility.
