ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates who meet the under mentioned criteria of age and educational qualification should only apply for the said post. In case an applicant wants to apply for more than one post, separate applications will be submitted for each post.
Education Qualification :
Material Assistant :
Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University or Diploma in Material Management or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from any recognized institute. If any candidate holds two or more of above qualification. His/her higher percentage will be considered.
LDC :
(i) 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Typing speed of 35 WPM in English on computer or a typing speed of 30 WPM in Hindi on computer.
Cook :
(i) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.
(ii) Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.
MTS (Messenger) (Gardener) (Safaiwala) : Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board.
Desirable:- Conversant with duties of the respective trades with one year experience in the trade.
Tradesman Mate : Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board.
Desirable:- Conversant with duties of the respective trades with one year experience in the trade.
Last date for receipt of applications. Last date for receipt of application will be 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the News papers/Indian Army web portal (indianarmy.nic.in) (date of publication is included in 21 days).
In case of candidates belongs to Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Sikkim, Ladhak Sub Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul & Spiti District of Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island & Lakshadweep the last date for receipt of application shall be 28 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
However, the crucial date for determining the age limit for all shall be 21 days from the date of publication of advertisement.
Photocopy of the following Documents/Certificate to be attached along with application duly attested by self:
(a) Two passport size photographs duly attested by self one on right corner or application and one on Acknowledgement Card.
(b) Attested copies of the following certificates will also be submitted with application:
(i) Education qualification certificate.
(ii) Date of Birth certificate.
(iii) Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates as per Annexure-II
(iv) Discharge certificate for Ex-serviceman or No Objection Certificate from the competent authority for serving Defence Personnel who are completing the prescribed period of Army Services within a year from the last date for receiving application.
(v) OBC Caste Certificate along with latest Non Creamy Layer certificate as per Annexure-I
(vi) Medical certificate as per Annexure-III for PH (HH) category issued by Central/State Government Medical Board consisting of at least three members out of which at least one shall be a specialist in the particular field for assessing hearing disability (i.e. 40% and above).
(vii) Sportsmanship certificate issued by appropriate authority in case candidate has applied for Meritorious Sports Person quota as per Annexure-IV (a) to (e) where applicable.
(vii) Self addressed envelope affixing postal stamps of Rs 25/-.
Place of Test: CENTRAL AFV DEPOT, KIRKEE, PUNE – 411003 (MAHARASHTRA).

I have a doubt regarding this advertisement that if I would send my application form by today then does it delivered by time to pune as there is mentioned above that we have to send our application form by 21days from the date of publication of advertisement.
