Land Officer Recruitment :

TCGL is looking for professionals qualified and experienced for the post of Land Officer under Project Management Cell on contractual basis.

Position : Land Officer
Number of Post : One
Qualification: Graduate from recognized university with minimum 55% marks in the Degree examination.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in land matters.
Age limit : 35 years
Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 20,000/-

Job Description: Assist in land identification for projects & coordination for necessary approvals, land acquisition of land use permissions as per project requirements, handling important documents & maintaining file records related land & properties.

Note:
1. Only candidates, who are fulfilling the requisite criteria with completed education, are advised to apply online in the prescribed form: FORM-I of gujarattourism.com, for the relevant posts on or before 28.02.2017 on or before 4.00 p.m

2. Candidates should apply in the prescribed formats as given below in the Form.
i. Equivalent percentage to be filled in the form if the marks are not allotted in the percentage format as per the rules of the University of Examination.
ii. Mention the specific degree attained in the Field or Specialization column.

iii. Candidates have to submit the scanned copies of the resume and all the relevant certificates & documents (supporting the information filled in the form) with the application through email on recruitment[at]gujarattourism.com before the last date of this recruitment.

Candidates not following the above instructions would not be considered.

3. Only online applications with the documents sent through e-mail would be considered. Applications by post or any other means would not be taken.

4. Any information provided in the Form, at any stage is found to be incorrect or mismatched due to any reasons, the candidate would not be allowed to appear for the interview even if shortlisted.

5. Candidates have to bring the resume with 2 Passport Size photograph, a set of self attested copies with the original certificates / documents (as mentioned in point 2.iii) for verification at the time of Interview.

6. Candidates employed in government would have to provide No Objection Certificate from his/her employer at the time of interview.
7. Candidate will have to come for interview on his own expenses and no reimbursement would be made for the same.
8. Recruitment will be on purely contractual basis.
