Project Assistant Recruitment :

Applications are invited for Walk-in-Interview-cum-Written Test/Skill Test for the posts of Project Fellow (2 Nos.) and Project Assistant (8 Nos.) on contractual basis under various projects.

Walk-in-Interview-cum-Written Test/Skill Test for these posts shall be held on 30.03.2017 at 9.00 A.M. sharp at HARSAC, Hisar. Details in this regard along with prescribed application form can be downloaded from HARSAC website (harsac.org).

It is mandatory for the candidates to bring their original certificates/testimonials etc. at the time of interview along with a fee of Rs.200/-. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview-cum-Written Test/Skill Test.

The appointments in the projects will be purely on contractual basis as per project(s) requirement and it will not confer any right on the incumbent to any claim, implicit or explicit, on any post.

Name of the Post : Project Fellow (2 Nos.)
Name of Project : Empowering Panchayati Raj Institutions Spatially (EPRIS)
Qualifications : Ist Class M.Tech./M.Sc. in Geo-informatics Remote Sensing and GIS or M.Sc. (Geography with PG Diploma in RS & GIS from reognised University) with one year experience in RS/GIS.
Desirable: Work experience on Bhuvan Panchayat Portal

Name of the Post : Project Assistant (6 Nos.)
Name of Project : Space based Information Support for Decentralized Planning (SIS-DP)
Qualifications : 1st Class B.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering)
Desirable: Preference will be given to those candidates who have working experience in Cadastral or SIS-DP Project.

Name of the Post : Project Assistant (1 No.)
Name of Project : C(K)crop Insurance using Space Technology and Geo-informatics (KISAN)
Qualifications :
1st Class M.Sc./M.Tech. in Agriculture/Agronomy/Agricultural Meteorology/Geo-informatics/Remote Sensing/Agricultural Physics.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience of ground truth survey & digital analysis of satellite data in the field of Agriculture.
