Applications are invited for admission through ON-LINE/OFF-LINE mode to the following programmes offered in the University Departments and Constituent Colleges for the Academic Year 2017-18.

Request for application:
Application for admissions is invited from the intending learners. Applications can be obtained from the Registrar, Alagappa University, Karaikudi – 630 003, on payment of the cost of the application, as applicable by means of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Registrar, Alagappa University, payable at Karaikudi’ as follows:
i. All Entrance Programmes: Rs.500 For SC/ST candidates Rs.250/ – on production of attested Community Certificate copy)
ii. All Non-Entrance Programmes: Rs.300 For SC/ST candidates Rs.150/ – on production of attested Community Certificate copy)
iii. All U.G. Programmes : Rs.200 For SC/ST candidates Rs.100/ – on production of attested Community Certificate copy)

Applications can be had either in person or through post. For postal mode, the requisition letter and course of study with applicable demand draft must be accompanied.

Submission of Application:
Candidates should submit the filled-in application form, along with the required documents during the office house (10 a.m. -5.45 p.m.) on all working days by post, before the stipulated date to the address given below:
The Registrar, Algappa University, Karaikudi 630 003, Tamilnadu

** Candidates applying for more than one programme will have to use separate application forms for both online/offline

** Application form and Prospectus can be had from the Registrar, Alagappa University by sending a Demand Draft obtained from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “THE REGISTRAR, ALAGAPPA UNIVERSITY” payable at KARAIKUDI by post or in person.

** Name and Address of the applicant and the program applied for should be mentioned on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
** Candidates appearing for the final year/ semester examination can also apply.

Original Certificates :
Original Cumulative Statement of Marks/Grade Certificates, Provisional Certificate, Transfer Certificate of the qualifying degree, Community Certificate (for verification and return) and Medical Fitness Certificate. Two Passport-size photo-graphs need to be produced then.

Separate Hostel facilities (Board & Lodging) are available for male and female candidates, Those who need Hostel accommodation may approach the Wardens of the respective Hostels, by producing their admission fee-receipts.
Lodging fees payable to the Hostel – Rs.12,500 /- Per Annum.
Boarding charges for every month will be collected under Dividing System.
