Accounts Assistant/ Accountant Recruitment :

IFFCO requires Accounts Personnel for its Marketing Field Offices & Plants located in various States/ Area/ Establishment(s) of IFFCO across India.

QUALIFICATION :
** CA (Inter)/ICMA (Inter) after B.Com
** Qualified CA/ICMA candidates need not apply.
** Management has discretion to shortlist the applications for online test.

EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 2 years in Finance and Accounts with a large/reputed Organisation excluding Articleship period.

UPPER AGE LIMIT : 30 years, as on 1st April, 2017.
Upper Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST category and 3 years for OBC category not belonging to creamy layer.

KNOWLEDGE OF LANGUAGE :
Candidates having reading, writing and speaking knowledge of one or two more languages of Indian States other than the mother tongue will be desirable.

COMPENSATION :
Selected candidates may be offered the post of Accounts Assistant/Accountant in the pay scale of 14,500-25,500 /16,000-28,000 respectively. In addition, they will be entitled to other allowances/benefits as per the rules of the organisation. The CTC will be approximately 5-6 Lakhs P.A. (Revision of the Pay Scale is due w.e.f 1.1.2017).

SELECTION PROCEDURE :
** Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Computer based On-Line Test at the designated Centres decided by IFFCO depending on the number of candidates.
** Only those candidates will be called for personal interview who are short-listed on the basis of their performance in the online test. Qualified CA/ICMA candidates will not be eligible to appear for the Interview.
** Efforts will be made to allot the test centre near to the address given in the application form. Request for change in the test centre will not be entertained.

HOW TO APPLY: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online in the prescribed Application Form available on IFFCO’s website iffcoindia.org/Ap2017/ latest by 21st April, 2017. Application sent through any other mode will not be entertained.

NOTE :
** The applicants must fill the correct information in Application Form.
** In the Application Form, the applicant’s name and Father’s name should be filled up exactly the same as appearing in their educational qualification certificate(s).Please upload your latest passport size photograph in the Application form.
** The applicants who are subsequently found to have filled incorrect information will be disqualified for test/interview/employment in IFFCO.
** All communications to the shortlisted candidates will be sent through E-mail or SMS on the mobile number given in the Application Form.
** The candidate must save the Application and take a print out of the same for future reference.

Instructions :
** The applicant should have a valid e-mail ID which will be used for all communications regarding the online Recruitment Process
** The same e-mail ID should remain functional throughout the process.
** The examination date & all other relevant information will be provided through sms and e-mail only.
** The Applicants must fill in only the correct information in the application form. Incomplete application will not be accepted. Applications received through any another mode except online will not be entertained.
** In the application form, the Applicant’s Name and Father’s name should be filled up exactly the same as appearing in their educational qualification certificate(s).
** The Application should keep their 10th Class roll number and all their qualification(s) certificate with them while filling up the Application form.
** The Candidate must save the Application and take a print out of the same for future reference.
** The Applicants who are subsequently found to have filled incorrect information will be disqualified for test/interview/employment in IFFCO.
** IFFCO has a sole right to accept or reject any or all applications.

** The examination will be in English language only and will have two sections. First Technical questions will appear followed by questions on Aptitude related to Verbal Ability, Test of Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness , and Communication Skills. Candidate is required to answer all the questions electronically. There will be no negative marking.

** The last date of registration for the Accounts Assistant/ Accountant is 21st April, 2017.
