APPLICATION FORM FOR THE POST OF TEMPORARY HELPERS & STOREMAN IN THE DEPOTS OF HARYANA ROADWAYS

Vacancy Position :
There are 908 vacancies of Helper and Storeman in Haryana Roadways are to be filled up on Temporary basis in the Pay Band Rs.16900/- (4440-7440+GP 1300/- pre-revised).

Category wise break-up of the vacancies :
Helper (Mechanic) – 409 Posts
Helper (Tyreman) – 131 Posts
Helper (Electrician) – 75 Posts
Helper (Carpenter) – 37 Posts
Helper (Blacksmith) – 74 Posts
Helper (Welder) – 74 Posts
Helper (Battery Attendant) – 36 Posts
Storeman – 33 Posts
TOTAL : 869

Age Limit :
The applicant shall not be less than 18 years and more than 42 years of age. Applicants belonging to SC/BC category shall be given age relaxation as per Haryana Government Instructions/Rules. For Ex-servicemen applicants relaxation upto continuous military service added by three years is permissible.

Eligibility :
An applicant must (a) be a citizen of India, (b) be of good moral character (c) be of sound health (d) not have more than one spouse living.

Essential Qualification :
i) Helper : Candidate should have passed an ITI Certificate course in the respective trade.
ii) Storeman: Candidate should have passed out an ITI Certificate course in Motor Mechanic Trade.

Application Fee :
[b][u]The applicants belonging to General category are required to deposit a fee of `100 as application processing fee. The candidates of SC/BC candidates of Haryana only are required to deposit a fee of ` 25 as application processing fee.

The fee shall be deposited through E-Challan at egrashry.nic.in and original copy of challan is to be attached with the application form as a proof. The complete head of account along with the code number of General Managers, Haryana Roadways is given website.

No concession of fee is admissible to SC/BC applicants of other States. The ESM applicants of Haryana are exempted from payment of fee, but their dependents are required to pay the fee like for General, SC or BC applicants as the case may be.

The application fee once sent is neither transferable nor refundable / adjustable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE APPLICATION FORM :
(All the applicants are requested to read these instructions carefully before filling up the application form)

General Instructions :
a. The applicants themselves should fill up the application form in CAPITAL letters with Blue or Black Ball Pen.

b. The applicants are required to attach the self attested photocopies of the necessary documents with the application form as per the details provided in the application form. No original certificates/documents should be attached.

c. A recent coloured passport size photograph is to be affixed on the application form in the given box.
d. Applicant should mark his category in the appropriate box at Sr.No.6 of the application form. Once opted, in no case the change of category shall be allowed.

e. Applicant is required to attach a self-attested photo copy of the certificate(s) issued by the Competent Authority, in case the benefit of reservation or relaxation in age etc is claimed.

f. Applicant should provide his complete mailing address in Capital letters alongwith Telephone number and area pin code at Sr.No.11 of the application form.
g. Cut-off date for determination of age and qualifications is the last date for the receipt of application.

h. An applicant should submit one application form only and it should be submitted through Registered Post to the office of the General Manager of any depot of Haryana Roadways in the State. The last/closing date for receipt of application form is 30.04.2017 (upto 5.00 PM).

i. All the applications of the applicant(s) applying at more than one depot shall be summarily rejected.

j. The selected candidates shall be liable to serve at any place, whether within or outside the State of Haryana on being ordered so to do, by the competent authority. In case of any dispute regarding allocation of depots etc to the selected candidates, decision of the Director General, State Transport, Haryana shall be final.

k. Applications which are incomplete, not accompanied by required documents, not signed by the applicant himself and/or received after the last date for the submission of application form i.e. 30.04.2017 (upto 5.00 PM) are liable to be rejected outrightly.

l. Candidature of the applicants is provisional which may rejected at any stage of the selection process or/and before / after the appointment without assigning any reason.
