Downloading of ADMIT CARDS for appearing in WRITTEN TEST (Objective Type) – scheduled on 27th APRIL, 2017

Downloading of Admit Cards from the official website of J&K Services Selection Board w.e.f 20th of April, 2017 onwards for appearing in Written test (Objective Type) for Graduate Level posts to be conducted on 27th April, 2017.

Through the medium of this notice, all the candidates, who are appearing in the Written Test (Objective Type) for Graduate Level posts being conducted on 27th April, 2017, are hereby informed to download their admit cards from the official website of the J&K Service Selection Board (jkssb.nic.in) w.e.f. 20th of April, 2017, 12:00 Noon onwards.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING ADMIT CARDS :
Visit the official website of the Board, Click on “Admit Card”. Subsequently, the candidate has to provide / input his / her NAME , FATHER’S NAME, DATE OF BIRTH (as mentioned on the application form) followed by DATE OF EXAMINATION for downloading the Admit Card.

Alternatively, the candidate can provide / input his / her APPLICATION No. and DATE OF BIRTH, followed by DATE OF EXAMINATION for downloading the Admit Card. In addition to this, they can also download their admit cards from their respective user accounts.

A Complete list of applicants, who are appearing in Examination being held on 27th April, 2017, is also available on the official website of the Board i.e., jkssb.nic.in.

In case, the Admit Card does not have photograph or signature on it, paste a good quality photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer as was pasted on OMR sheet/ on the online application form and make sure to sign at the space provided for signature; besides, such candidates shall bring same photograph (04 in number) at the time of written test.

In case of any discrepancy in the provisional Admit Card, candidate should contact the following officers immediately and in any case before the start of examination :
(1) Administrative Officer, J&K Services Selection Board, Sehkari Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu for Jammu Province based candidates.
(2) Administrative Officer, J&K Services Selection Board, ParrayPora, Srinagar for Kashmir Province based candidates.

It is reiterated that there shall be no change in the centre allotted to the candidate and no application in this regard shall be entertained whatsoever.
