Graduate Engineer Trainee Recruitment :

Qualification :
** B.Tech Graduates
** With GATE-2017 Score Card (qualified GATE).
** B.Tech/ B.E. with overall marks 65% and above.
** For Result awaited/appeared till 6 th Sem 65% aggregate is mandatory.
** Only 2017 Pass-out or Passing out.
** No Gaps/Backlogs in Graduation.
** Result awaited applicant can also apply.
** X,XII marks 60% and above.

Age Limit : Not more than 27 years as on 30th April, 2017.
Training Period & Position : One year – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET).
Bond : GET will be required to execute a bond to serve KRIBHCO for a period of three years after completion of training. The bond amount will be Rs.2 lacs for General/OBC Category and Rs.50,000/- for SC / ST candidates.

Stipend during training period : The GET will be recruited in “G2” grade in the pay scale of Rs.22000-46500/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.22000/- per month plus usual allowances as stipend.
CTC during training period : Around Rs. 9.58 lacs.

Name of the Position : “SENIOR ENGINEER”.
Pay Scale : Rs.22000-3%-46500/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.22660/- p.m. plus usual allowances.
CTC : Around Rs.9.84 lacs

Job Profiles :
** The selected candidate will be imparted on-the- job training for one year in his/her respective technical discipline. He/she should be willing to work in 24×7 environments in shifts. He / she will be posted to Plant site, Hazira, Surat, however he/she must be prepared for re-location to Corporate Office, NOIDA as per the requirements of the organization.

** After successful completion of training, he/she will be absorbed in the services of KRIBHCO as Senior Engineer and will be assigned job responsibility of a particular domain. The job responsibilities can be changed from time to time as per the requirements of the organization to get exposure in all areas of technical discipline.

Career Progression :
** The selected candidate will have career path up to the level of top executive (Director level) in technical discipline.
