Manipur Judicial Service Recruitment :

Applications are invited for recruitment to the following post in Grade-III of the Manipur Judicial Service (MJS).

Eligibility Conditions:
i. The candidate should be a citizen of India.

ii. Age Limit: On the last date (20th May, 2017) fixed for receipt of applications, the candidate must not exceed the age of –
35 Years for Unreserved (UR)
38 Years for OBC(M) / OBC(MP
40 Years for ST/SC

iii. Educational Qualification:
The candidate must be a holder of a degree in law from a recognized University established by law in India.
Desirable: It is desirable that applicants have knowledge of Manipuri/other local languages of Manipur.

Mode of Selection :
Written 400 Marks (Minimum Bench Mark – 50% for UR/OBC & 45% for ST /SC). Provided that ST/SC Candidates Who Obtain more than 45% but less than 50%. Shall not be eligible for appointment against the unreserved vacancies.

Mode of Submitting Applications:
I. Download the Application Form from the website of the High Court of Manipur (hcmimphal.nic.in).

Duly filled in Application Form along with the bank challan (in a sealed envelope superscribed as “Application form for MJS – III Examination, 2017″) may only be submitted in person or by post on or before 20 May, 2017.

a. In person – to be submitted in person to the Receipt and Despatch Section, High Court of Manipur.

b. By post – To be sent to the address below

Note: No documents Except the Challan are to be enclosed. Documents are to be produced only at the time of the interview.

Important Dates :
Last Date of Application Form Submission: 20 May, 2017
Date of issue of Admit Card (to be downloaded): 15 June, 2017
Date of Examination. 23 & 24 June, 2017

Fees:
Rs. 1500/- for UR/OBC(M)/OBC(MP) candidates.
Rs. 1000/- for ST/SC candidates.

Mode of Payment:
To be deposited only in the form of challan (annexed as Annexure ‘A’ along with the Application Form) with SBI Branches through core banking network all over India on or before 20 May, 2017. Original copy of bank challan must be attached along with the Application Form.

Applicants in Government service other than casual or muster roll will be required to state in the Application Form that they have informed in writing their employer/ controlling authority that they are applying for the examination. In case the employer or the controlling authority withholds permission to the candidate for appearing in the examination, such applications will be rejected.
