ii) Enter SOL Roll No Example: 01-1-01-001000 Do not leave space between two digits
iii) Enter Date of Birth Click Here Example 04/Mar/2010 Do not leave space between two digits
iv) Enter Student Name As per Identity Card
v) Click on “Show” Button
