Applications are invited for filling up of following temporary vacancies of Director, Project Scientists/Research Associates, Research Fellows, Technical Assistants and Technical Assistants (Data Entry Operator) to the various plan projects in this University.

1. Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Aquaculture and Aquatic Animal Health Management [CAAHM]
A. Name of Post:- Project Scientist/ Research Associate:
Number of Vacancy – 1 (One)
Qualification :
1. Ph.D in Aquaculture/Mariculture and
2. M.Sc Degree in Zoology/ Aquatic Biology/ MFSc in Fisheries with specialization in Aquaculture/ Mariculture/ Hatchery operations.
3. Desirable: A minimum of two years of Research Experience in a National or International Institute in the field of Aquaculture.

B. Name of Post:- Project Scientist/ Research Associate:
Number of Vacancy – 1 (One)
Qualifications :
1. Ph.D in Aquaculture/Mariculture and
2. M.Sc Degree in Zoology/Aquatic Biology/MFSc in Fisheries with specialization in Aqua-farming
3. Desirable: A minimum of two years of Research Experience in a National or International Institute in the field of Aquaculture.

C. Research Fellow:
Number of Vacancy: 2 (Two)
Qualification:
Master of Science in Zoology/Aquatic Biology/Fisheries with specialization in Aquaculture/ Mariculture/ MFSc Aquaculture.

D. Technical Assistant:

Qualification:
1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology/Aquatic Biology/Fisheries / BFSc.
Desirable: Experience in the relevant field.

2. Centre of Excellence in for Aquatic Resource Management and Conservation [CARMC]
E. Name of Post:- Project Scientist/ Research Associate:
Number of Vacancy – 2 (Two)
Qualification :
Ph.D Degree in Aquatic Biology/Fisheries/Marine Biology with specialization in Aquatic Resource Management.
Desirable: A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a University/Research experience in a National or International Institute in the field of Fisheries Resource Management.

F. Research Fellow:
Number of Vacancies: 2 (Two)
Qualification: Master degree in Aquatic Biology/Fisheries/Marine Biology with specialization in Aquatic Resource Management / MFSc in Fisheries with specialization in Fisheries research management/ Aquatic Environment Management.

G. Technical Assistant:
Number of Vacancy: 1 (One)
Qualification: Bachelor degree Science Degree in Zoology/ Fisheries.
Desirable: Experience in the relevant field

3. Centre of Excellence in Food Processing & Technology [CEFPT ]
H. Project Scientist/ Research Associate
Number of Vacancies:-2 (Two)
Qualification:
1. Ph.D Degree in relevant subject
2. M.Sc. in Food processing/Food Science/Food Science and Technology or Food Technology/M.F.Sc. in Fish Processing Technology. Experience in Product Development, Processing and quality control will be preferred.
Desirable: A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a University/Research experience in a National or International Institute in the field of product development.

I. Research Fellow:

Qualification: Masters degree in Food processing/Food Science/Food Science and Technology or Food Technology / M F Sc. In Fish Processing Technology.

J. Technical Assistant:

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Science Degree in Food processing/Food Science/Food Science and Technology or Food Technology.

4. Centre for Advanced Studies and Research in Entrepreneurship Development in Fisheries, Agri-Business and Allied Sectors [CASRED]
K. Director
Number of Vacancy: 1(One)
Qualification:
1. First Class Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Food Technology or Post Graduate in Fisheries (with specialization in Aquaculture/ Mariculture/ Hatchery operations/Fish Processing Technology) / M.Sc. (Agri.) or B.F.Sc./B.Sc. (Agri.)/B.Tech. in Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with MBA.
2. Ph.D. in the concerned subject or equivalent publications.
3. A minimum of 10 years of Research/Teaching/Training/Administrative Experience in a National or International Institute or in a reputed Company with more than 300 employees.
Desirable: Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Entrepreneurship Development/Skill Development

L. Project Scientist/ Research Associate:

Qualification: First Class Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Food Technology or Post Graduate in Fisheries(with specialization in Aquaculture/ Mariculture/ Hatchery operations/Fish Processing Technology) /M.Sc. (Agri.) or M.Sc.Chemistry/Industrial Fisheries/M.B.A./M.Sc (Stat.) or B.F.Sc./B.Sc. (Agri.)/B.Tech. in Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with MBA.
Desirable: (i) Ph.D. in the concerned subject or equivalent Publications,

M. Research Fellow:
