Principal Recruitment :

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the post of “Principal” at the College of Insurance – Kolkata.

Qualification:
Graduates / Post Graduates, preferably with insurance qualifications such as FIII/AIII, or any other equivalent qualifications.

Experience :
The eligible applicants should have worked in the Insurance Industry and possess a flair for teaching and research, preferably demonstrated, and must possess at least 15-20 years’ experience in the insurance domain of Life/Non-Life Insurance and should have been in Scale IV of any of the Public Sector General Insurance Companies for at least five years.

Age : Maximum age shall be 62 years as on 15.06.2017.

Nature of Employment:
The appointment will be on contract for a period 3 years which can be extended till attaining the maximum of 65 years of age or whichever is earlier.

Responsibility:
The Principal shall be responsible for preparing yearly training calendar, arranging of suitable Faculty, co-ordinating sessions, building relationships with the Insurance Companies, Brokers and other stakeholders of the Industry in developing course curriculam and programs in line with the expectations of the companies as much as organise and manage Seminars.

Remmuneration: Consolidated Salary of Rs.1,25,000/- p.m. throughout the period of contract.
