Executive Officer Recruitment :

Applications are invited only through online mode upto 24.12.2016 from applicants professing Hindu Religion only for direct recruitment against the vacancies for the post of Executive Officer, Grade-IV included in Group-VIII Services Only persons professing the Hindu Religion as required by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act- 1959  are eligible to apply.

It is mandatory for the applicants to register their basic particulars through one time online registration system on payment of Rs.50/- towards registration fee and then should apply online for this recruitment.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: (as on 25.11.2016)
Applicants should possess the following or its equivalent qualification:-
Minimum General Educational Qualification;
OR
The title of “Tamil Pulavar” recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Provided that, other things being equal, preference shall be given to employees of Religious Institutions (other than Government Servants) who have put in not less than 5 years of Service.

Explanation:
Minimum General Educational Qualification means:
(i) A pass in the SSLC Examination with eligibility for admission to College courses of studies in the Universities in this State. (11 years course of study)
OR
(ii) A pass in the SSLC Examination of this State. (10 years course of study)

FEES:
a) Registration fee Rs.50/-
For one time Registration
Note: Applicants who have already registered in one time Registration system paying Rs.50/- are exempted from paying the registration fee for this recruitment.

b) Examination fee Rs.100/-
The examination fee should be paid at the time of submitting the online application for this recruitment if they are not eligible for the concession noted below

MODE OF PAYMENT OF EXAMINATION FEE:
** Examination fee Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) is payable by online through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card or it can be paid at State Bank of India / at Indian Bank within 2 days on submission of application.

** Applicants have to register their basic particulars through One -Time Registration which is mandatory on payment of Rs.50/- towards registration fee. The registration shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of One-Time Registration.

** Applicants have also to pay the service charges applicable to the State Bank of India / Indian Bank.
** Applicants can avail exemption from paying examination fees as per eligibility criteria.

** Offline mode of payment in the form of Demand Draft / Postal Order etc., will not be accepted and the applications forwarded with such modes of payment will be summarily rejected.

** Those who have registered in the One -Time Registration system, and paid the registration fee of Rs.50/- and received the registration ID need not pay the Registration fee, Rs.50/-again and it is enough to pay the examination fee alone.

** Applicants who have made One-Time Registration must apply for this notified post. One – Time Registration is only to avail exemption for Registration fee for a period of 5 years from the date of registration.
