Guest House Attendant Recruitment :

The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda invites ‘Online applications’ for the post of Temporary Computer Programmer and Temporary Computer Operator for Computer Centre; Temporary Superintendent (Boys Hostel), Temporary Peon, Temporary Guest House Attendant, Temporary Part-time Peon-cum-Sweeper to be filled in purely on Temporary basis.

TEMPORARY COMPUTER PROGRAMMER (For: COMPUTER CENTRE)
(01 Post – Salary: Rs.19000/- Fix per month-For 11 months basis)
Qualifications:
** B.E. (Computer Engineering)/B.E. (Information Technology)/M.C.A, with 1st Class.
** The Candidate with MTech (Computer Engineering )/MTech (Information Technology)/ME (Computer Engineering)/ME (Information Technology) degree may get preference.

TEMPORARY COMPUTER OPERATOR (For: COMPUTER CENTRE)
(01 Post – Salary: Rs.13700/- Fix per month- For 11 months basis)
Qualifications:
B.C.A./ B.Sc.(Computer Science) with 1st class, preferably PGDCA from a recognized institute

TEMPORARY SUPERINTENDENTS (NON-TEACHING POSITIONS- For: Boys Hostel, Halls of Residence- For 11 months basis):
Qualifications:
1. A Men graduate in any subject with good command over English, Gujarati and Hindi languages. Experience in Hostel administration will be preferable. Ex-Service man may also apply.
2. Computer Knowledge of latest software like MS Office is mandatory. Basic Knowledge of accountancy will be preferred.
3. Age limit: should be more than 25 years.
4. Desirable attributes: He should be matured enough and prepared to look after the hostel premises. He should be competent to hold the responsibilities of the residents, boys Hostels and look after their welfare, amenities, security while in the hostel premises. He should also be competent to supervise the hostel mess, canteen and general administration, discipline etc in the concern hostel of Halls of Residence.
5. Working Hours: Daily from 10.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
6. Remuneration: Rs.10000/-P.M. Net
Note: The University reserves the right to relax the qualification in such cases that have previous experience in the University services.

TEMPORARY PEON
(02 Post – Salary: Rs.7100/- Fix per month- For 90 days basis)
Qualifications:
** SSC Pass and Cycling is essential.
** Two years experience is required.
** Working knowledge of Gujarati / Hindi is must.
** Knowledge of English is desirable

TEMPORARY GUEST HOUSE ATTENDANT
(01 Post – Salary: Rs.7100/- Fix per month- For 90 days basis)
Qualifications:
** SSC Pass and Cycling is essential.
** Two years experience is required.

Important Points:

2. The hard copy of the system generated form, along with required enclosures and other relevant supporting documents need to be submitted by the applicant at the time of Personal interview if the candidate is called for the personal interview.

3. Candidate should possess the required educational qualifications and experience on the last date of submission of online application.

4. The online application form fee is Rs. 400/- (Rs. 100 for SC/ST Candidates) that is required to be paid using Credit/Debit Card, or online banking only. This amount shall not be accepted in cash, through money order or postal order or through any other financial instrument except Credit/Debit cards. The aforesaid application fee is non-refundable and no enquiries shall be entertained in this regard.

5. The University reserves the right to postpone or to fill in the less number of Posts at its discretion depending upon the requirement of the University.
6. The decision of the competent authority shall be final.
7. The candidates shall be required to appear in the personal interview at his/her own expenses.
