Assistant Geologist Recruitment :

Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited (MECL) a profit making Public Sector Enterprise(A Miniratna Company) under the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, requires bright, result oriented personnel with initiative and enterprise, for its projects situated all over in India.

To meet the growing business requirements; MECL is in urgent need of Assistant Geologists on fixed term contract basis for a period of 07 months. The engagement shall be purely on temporary & fixed term on contract basis.

Educational Qualification : M.Sc. / M. Tech./ M.Sc. Tech. (Geology / Applied Geology) / M. Tech. (Geological Technology) or equivalent degree from the recognized Institution / University with minimum 60% Marks
Upper Age as on 24.11.2016 : 30 Years
Remuneration (#) : Rs. 20,000/- per month.

Selection Process:
i. The Selection of eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Geologist on fixed term contract basis will be done by the Selection Committee in walk in Interview only.
ii. The Final merit will be drawn purely on the basis of performance in the Interview.

However, if number of candidates for walk-in-interview is more, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards / criteria and / or to conduct a screening test, to restrict the number of candidates for Walk in Interview, if so required.

Interested Candidates meeting with Eligible criteria may download the application form and fill in all respect before appearing walk in Interview along with Original certificates in support of age, educational /professional qualification/testimonials, caste certificate, experience etc. with two passport size photographs and a set of photocopies of the same, failing which he/she may not be allowed for walk in interview.
