RECRUITMENT OF GROUP C VACANCIES AT RECORDS JAK RIF

Applications are invited for Civilian employment from male and female candidates (Indian citizen) for recruitment for the posts of LDC and MTS according to the following terms and conditions :

Pay band and Grade Pay :
Lower Division Clerk – 5200-20200+1900 (grade pay) (Pre revised)
MTS – 5200-20200+1800 (grade pay) (Pre revised)

Educational qualification:
(a) For the post of LDC :
(i) 12th Class pass from recognized Board or University.
(ii) Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer or a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute corresponding to 10500/9000 KDPH on average of 5 key depression for each word).

(b) For the post of MTS : Matriculation from recognized Board or University.

Applications should reach OIC Records, Jammu and Kashmir Rifles, PIN- 908774, c/o 56 APO within 21 days of publication of advertisement in Employment News/Local News Paper.

Written Test date will be intimated separately to the candidates after scrutiny of application by post. The organization will not be responsible for any kind of postal delay. APPLICATION FOR THE POST FOR WHICH APPLYING SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON THE TOP OF ENVELOPE

Calculation of Age :
The crucial date of determining the age limit shall be the closing date of receipt of application from Indian Nationals as under :
(a) For UR(Unreserved) candidate – 18 years to 25 years
(b) For OBC (Other Backward Class) candidate – 18 years to 28 years.
(c) For SC (Schedule Caste) candidate – 18 years to 30 years.
(d) Government Servant : Relaxation for Government servants upto 40 years as per orders or instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time.

General Instructions :
(a) Application as per format given should be accompanied with copies of Matriculation certificate (As proof of Date of Birth), Educational Qualification, Caste Certificate valid for Central Govt Services, Experience Certificate, Domicile certificate and photograph duly attested by Serving Group A/B Gazetted Officer.

Do not forward original certificate with application. A self addressed envelope of size 4”x10” fixed with postal stamp of Rs 25/- to be enclosed with the application form.

(b) No TA/DA is admissible for test candidates will have to make their own arran arrangements for boarding/lodging during the test/interview.

(c) Number of candidates for conducting of written tests may be restricted to minimum 50 times of the number of vacancies for each category based on a cut off applied on the minimum educational qualification for the post.

Since the applications may be shortlisted mere fulfillment of essential qualifications does not vest any right to a candidate for being called for written.

(d) Trying to influence the recruitment process in any manner will render the candidate disqualified. Furnishing of false information or any fraud detected at later stage shall result in termination of service and action under Indian Penal Code.

(e) Service conditions :- Liable to serve anywhere in India Including field area.
