Post & prescribed Qualification :
WELFARE OFFICER
ESSENTIAL:
i. A Regular Degree from a recognised University in the State of Karnataka.
&
ii. A Degree or Diploma in any Social Science with Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare from a University established by Law in India.

FACTORY MEDICAL OFFICER
ESSENTIAL:
i. A Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from a recognised institute/College in Karnataka.
&
ii. Training in industrial health of minimum 3 months duration recognised by the State Govt.
&
iii. Experience of 2 years in a private or in a recognised Medical Institution/Hospital apart from internship training.
Note:
a] Post Graduate qualification is not deemed as experience.
b] Person possessing Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent shall not be required to possess the certificate of training as aforesaid (as mentioned at sl.no(ii) above. They have to produce Diploma in Industrial Health certificate at the time of document verification.

MEDICAL OFFICER
ESSENTIAL:
i. A Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from a recognised institute/College in Karnataka.
&
ii. Experience of 2 years in a private or in a recognised Medical Institution/Hospital apart from internship training.
Note: Post Graduate qualification is not deemed as experience.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER
ESSENTIAL:
A First Class Graduate holding Membership of the Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India (ICWA) or Chartered Accountant(CA).
Desirable: Experience of two years as an Executive in a reputed large establishment public/private Undertaking in compiling and analysis cost data.

Submission of application:
The On-line application shall be submitted in the prescribed format available in KPCL website karnatakapower.com. Application in any other form will not be considered.

Application Fee (Non-refundable):
a] Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST/Cat-I candidates) plus postal service charges of Rs.15/-.

b] Nominal fees of Rs.50/-(Rs.35/- processing charges+Rs.15/- postal service charges) for :
i. Ex-servicemen;
ii. Children of Defence Personnel killed or disabled in action;
iii. Persons with Disability (Divyanga)

Mode of payment:
** Application fee is payable through any Post Office branch which is computerized, in the state of Karnataka. A format of challan is generated after filling up of online application in website and the same can be downloaded and amount remitted in Post Office.

** Payment of fee by any other mode like Cheque/DD/Money order/Postal order etc. will not be entertained.
** In case of candidates applying for more than one post both the on-line application and the prescribed fee should be submitted separately.
