DIRECTOR (FINANCE) / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (FINANCE):
No. of vacancies : 1
Reservation : GT-1;
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
Age Limit : Maximum 57 years as on 01/01/2017
Experience :
Should have minimum 30 years of post qualification experience in reputed industrial organizations as on 01/01/2017.
Should have worked as head of finance functions in a reputed public company for a minimum period of 5 years. Should have exposure in areas of Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring.
The incumbent will be responsible for all Finance, Costing and Accounting functions including Plant Accounting, Managememt Accounting, Budgetary Control, MIS, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Export Finance etc. The Selected Candidate should be able to provide effective Guidance and Leadership to a high Calibre Team.
The Selected Candidate will be based at chennai and will report to the Deputy Managing Director.
Experience may be relaxed upto 3 years in deserving cases.
DIRECTOR (MARKETING) / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (MARKETING):

Qualification :
(a) First class full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
(or)
(b) First Class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
(or)
(c) First class Full time MBA (Marketing)
Age Limit : Maximum 57 years as on 01/01/2017
Experience : Minimum 30 years of post qualification experience in Marketing field, as on 01/01/2017.
NOTE:
1) Marketing experience in Paper Mills is desirable.
