There is a vacancy for the position of Manager/Head, Corporate Engagement, to be posted at the Noida Campus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

The position is contractual in nature, for a period of two-three years initially; to support the corporate engagement activities across programs delivered in both the Lucknow and Noida Campuses of IIM Lucknow.
Candidate Profile: Marketing and sales professional, experience in institutional sales, business development, managing events and digital media campaigns, CRM, handling customer databases for lead generation and sales, and related activities.
Qualifications and experience: MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing, preferably premier institutions. Candidate should have more than six years’ experience in the above mentioned activity areas. Familiarity with marketing of services, in education and/or consulting is preferable.
JD: Managing the business development and relationships with organizations in the corporate and other sectors, supporting participation across all types of executive education programs, projects and other institutional activities. The person would report to the Dean and Head, Noida Campus, and will undertake to fulfill targets related to different programs across the two Campuses.
Specifically the role involves:
** Building Campaigns and collaterals – digital and offline, events, sales process
** Handling sales/other targets, program level support for specific activities
** Coordinating with other IIML offices: MDP, Career services, Academic programs, Student Affairs, event committees etc.
** Managing database of corporates and executives, and operations of Database Operator attached to the office.
Compensation and terms: CTC Up to Rs. Eighty thousand per month. Negotiable and not a constraint for suitable candidate, will be commensurate with experience. Contractual appointment for 2-3 years, initially.
