Qualification and Experience:
BE or equivalent with 25 years’ post qualification experience in Managerial level preferably in State Government Undertaking or Public Sector Undertaking.
The Applicant should have a good understanding & experience of IT & Electronic Systems, IT and Non IT Infrastructure, along with knowledge of personnel & Administration and finance, tender and vendor Management, contract management.
The Applicant should have proven track record of independently executing/managing large IT/IT Infrastructure Projects. Retired employees up to 65 years of age can also apply.
Remuneration :
Would be in the scale of 37400-67000-GP-8900 (VIth Pay), based on current pay drawn, educational qualification, experience in PSU and interview by panel of experts Per Month (Consolidated).
The remuneration shall be as per the Senior Management Level of the Corporation (PB IV in the Sixth Pay Scale). In case of Retired Govt. Employees availing pension salary will be fixed as per State Govt. Rules.
In case of Retired employees not drawing pension, pay protection will be applicable. In other cases the salary will be worked out on the basis of educational qualification, experience in PSU and interview by panel of experts Per Month (Consolidated).
Job Requirement:
Looking for a Departmental Head who has required skills and capabilities for Managing departments of MPSEDC handling Administrative and Techo-Commercial functions.
He/She should have proven track record of successful work experience at Senior Management Level preferably at a Senior Management level for at least 15 years.
