GVSAT :

Admissions to the engineering program at Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU), for the academic session 2017-18 will be made through GVSAT.

GVSAT-2017 will come to candidates as a PC-based online test or a conventional paper-and-pen based offline test.

Eligibility:
Candidates, either appearing for 10+2 examination from a recognized board in the year 2017 or having cleared their 10+2 examination earlier, with the minimum qualifying percentage as stated above, are eligible to appear in GVSAT-2017.

Syllabus:
GVSAT-2017 will be in accordance with the NCERT syllabus for standard 11th and 12th. The detailed syllabus is available on the website. Candidates may refer to NCERT textbooks for the contents.

A sample test demonstrating the features of GVSAT will be made available to the registered candidates on our website on which they can practice as many times as desired.

Online Application Process :
All new users are required to register themselves at gyanvihar.org/gvsat. Click on the “Apply Online” button and follow these steps:

Step 1: The candidate needs to fill the following fields: Full name, Father’s Name, Mobile Number and E-mail id. A system-generated email will be sent instantly to the e-mail id provided by the candidate.

This e-mail id, by default, will also serve as the User Id to the candidate. A unique 6* digit password and other important instructions will be sent to the candidates on their respective e-mail id.

Step 2: Having entered the aforementioned information, the candidate needs to select the program of his/her choice and click on the ‘Submit’ button to proceed to the next page to complete the application process.

Guideline for Online Application :
** The online application form must be complete in all respect. An incomplete application will be rejected. The details entered by you in the application form cannot be changed at a later stage.

** Please note that your name, your parent’s / guardian’s name and your date of birth should be exactly the same as given in your High School / 10+2 / Intermediate/Pre-University Examination certificate.

** In case of appearing in 12th class you can also chose the appearing option
** Candidates must retain a copy of the Application form for further reference.
** Before mailing the application form, please ensure the following:-
Application form has been duly signed by the candidate.
A recent passport size scanned photograph taken on or after 1st December, 2016 in jpeg format, should be uploaded with the online application form.
Please note down your application number for future reference.

Offline Application Process :
The candidate can download the Application Form from our website gyanvihar.org/gvsat/ or can obtain the same from the University or from different form centers across India.

Send the duly completed application form to the GVSAT Coordinator, Suresh GyanVihar University, Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017, Rajasthan by Speed Post/Registered Post.

Guidelines for Offline Application :
The application form should be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting in BLOCK letters only.

Please note that your name, your parent’s / guardian’s name and your date of birth should be exactly the same as given in your High School / +2 / Intermediate/Pre-University Examination certificate. Your application form must be complete in all respect.

An incomplete application or an application form filled in a language other than English will summarily be rejected. The details entered by you in the application form cannot be changed at a later stage. Candidates must retain a copy of the Application form for future reference.

Before mailing the application form, please ensure the following:
** Application form is duly signed by the candidate.
** For offline examination, candidate has to affix a recent passport size photograph on downloaded application form.
** Please note down the application number for future reference.
