HR Trainee Recruitment :

Chennai Metro Rail Limited requires Trainees in HR and Business Development disciplines for a period of 1 year.

A stipend of Rs.10,000/- pm will be paid during the training period. The engagement will not entail anyone to claim for any regular employment in CMRL.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification : Candidate with full time MBA in Human Resources (First Class) from a reputed institute.

Qualification : Candidate with full time MBA in Marketing or Finance (First Class) from a reputed institute.
No. of Posts : 02

General Conditions:
Age not exceeding 28 years as on 22-02-2017.

In order to regulate the number of candidates to be called for the interview, if so required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria, or to relax the minimum eligibility standards/criteria including age limit for suitable candidates depending upon the response to the advertised posts.

Depending on the requirements, the Management reserves the right to cancel / curtail / increase the number of vacancies without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

Merely meeting the above qualifications and experience shall not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. Only short-listed candidates will be notified for interview. CMRL reserves the right to shortlist the candidates.

Candidates attempting to influence or interfere with the selection process will be rejected summarily and be declared disqualified for future CMRL recruitments.
