** The applicant must be a resident of India. Proof of residential status must be submitted [copy of voter ID / Ration Card / Passport / Employment Exchange Card (most recent) / Residential Certificate from Divisional Officer will only be considered] .

** The candidate for different post (excluding all types of Medical Officer), may apply as per FORMAT attached with self-attested all mark sheet and certificate of educational qualification, residential certificate, Computer Certificate and experience certificate. Otherwise the application will be liable to be cancelled .

** Walk-in-Interview for engagement to the post of different Medical Officer will be held on 24.03.2017 at 10:00 AM at the Office Chamber of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Purba Medinipur, ViII + PO:- Tamluk, Dist:- Purba Medinipur .

** Recruitment Procedure for the post of different Medical Officer: Qualification & Experience.

** No application required for the post of different Medical Officer, they must be present on the above mentioned date, time & place. But they must bring all necessary ORIGINAL Documents related to the post, for verification on spot.

** Experience Certificate (wherever applicable) must be consist of employer name, name of the post, employee name, date of joining and date of leaving. Offer Letter, Appointment letter, Joining Letter, Renewal Letter, Contract Bond must not be entertained as work experience .
