For downloading call letters of 3rd phase of re-examination (on-line test) for the post of Assistant Engineer (Trans) advertised vide advt. No. 02/2016.(03-03-2017)

Now, in 3rd Phase, re-examination (On-line Test) for the post of Assistant Engineer (Trans) of the candidates who had appeared for the on-line test conducted on 01.06.2016 is scheduled on 17.03.2017. Other details, such as Reporting Time, Venue, Center, Instructions, etc. are given in the online test call letter.

Candidates who had appeared for the on-line tests conducted on 01.06.2016 are requested to download their call letter and read it carefully before appearing for re-examination. For downloading of call letter, candidates required to click on the link given at the end of this notification and enter their Registration Number and Password in the space “Existing User Login Here For Admit Card” caption. Also, copy of Call Letter being forwarded on registered email id of candidates.
In case of any difficulty in downloading call letter, candidates may contact at 022-42040240, 022-42040188, 022-26595212, 022-26595216, 022-26595228 & 022- 26595278. Candidate may also write an e-mail to callletter_helpdesk[AT]mahatransco.in. The said e-mail ID shall remain active till 15.03.2017 (up to14.00 hours)
Candidates are informed to bring hard copy/print out of call letter alongwith currently valid Photo identity proof (as mentioned below) in original and a photocopy of the same ID proof, which is essential.
The call-letter alongwith photocopy of photo identity proof duly stapled together is required to handover to the invigilator before starting of on-line test. Candidate’s name as appearing on the call letter shall exactly match with the name as appearing on the photo identity proof.
The currently valid photo identity proof may be ‘PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo Identity Proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer on official letterhead/ Photo Identity Proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead/ valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized college/ university/ Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID/ Bar Council Identity card with photograph’
