Age Limit :
For all the above posts : 18-35 years as on 22-05-2017.
(For SC and ST Candidates 40 Years and for OBC candidates 38 Years, where posts are reserved in respective categories). Ex-servicemen and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are eligible for age relaxation as per rules.

Selection Process: The selection process consists of :
(1) Written Test and
(2) Skill Test.

** The written test will be conducted first. The questions will be objective type based on curriculum.
** No TA/DA/Accommodation will be provided for the candidate attending written test.
** Short-listing will be done based on the written test scores required number of candidates (ratio between vacancy and number of candidates to be called for skill test) alone shall be called for skill test.
** Written test will be conducted in such a way that theoretical and practical knowledge of the candidate is tested covering both breadth and depth of the prescribed curriculum.
** The skill test will be purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis and marks obtained in the skill test will not be considered for selection.
** The skill test will be evaluated on a 100-point scale with minimum 60% for qualification.
** The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates, purely based on the scores obtained in the written test.
** From amongst candidates who qualify in the skill test with minimum 60% marks, empanelment will be done in the order of marks obtained in the written test.
** In case of a tie in the written scores, the academic scores of the notified qualification will be the tie-breaker.
** The qualification prescribed above for the posts advertised is the minimum requirement and the same does not automatically make the candidates eligible for selection.

How to apply :
The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the MCF web-site mcf.gov.in during the period from 01.05.2017 to 22.05.2017. Candidates may visit our website to register their applications on-line between 01.05.2017 (1000 hours) and 22.05.2017 (1700 hours).

Applications will be received through on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.

E-mail ID of the applicant will have to be provided in the on-line application correctly and compulsorily. Candidate should ensure that E-mail IDs and Mobile numbers shall be kept active after submitting the application.

The call letter for Written Test will be uploaded through the portal for which the candidates are requested to visit the portal at regular intervals of time after 45 days from the submission of applications.

While filling-up percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (SSLC/SSC), the CGPA marks shall be converted into percentage of marks.

Documents to be sent to MASTER CONTROL FACILITY, Hassan immediately after submitting on-line application

The candidates who are already employed under Central/State Govt/ PSU/Autonomous Bodies etc. have to send a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned, duly indicating their Registration Number and Post Code to the Sr. Administrative Officer, Master Control Facility, Post Box No.66, Salagame Road, Hassan-573201, within 10 days of submitting the applications through on-line by the candidates and in any case not later than 02.06.2017.

Payment of Application Fee:
There will be an Application Fee of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred fifty only) plus applicable Bank Charges (non-refundable) for each application for male candidates belonging to UNRESERVED (UR) AND OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES (OBC) community.

After registration of application through online, the candidate has to down-load and print the personalized payment challan form, in triplicate, from our website which will contain the Name of the candidate,

Registration Number, Receipt Account Number, Advertisement No. and Post Code. The candidates may visit the nearest branch of State Bank of India for remittance of application fee to Receipt Account No.36137805266.

The candidate may download and print the personalized payment challan from our website on any day between 01.05.2017 and 22.05.2017 and remit the application fee to State Bank of India before 22.05.2017.

Upon remittance of the application fee, one copy of the challan form will be retained by State Bank of India (Bank copy) and remaining two parts will be given to the candidates. Out of the two challan parts, the candidate has to send one part of the challan form (MCF/ISRO copy) to

by Ordinary Post superscribing “RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ____________________________ (Post Name) [ _____________ (Post No.)]” on the envelope within 10 days of submitting of application and in any case not later than 02.06.2017.

Please note that the applications of male candidates (UR and OBC), in respect of whom Application Fee has not been received, will not be considered for further processing under any circumstances. The remaining one copy of challan form (Applicant copy) shall be retained by the candidate for future reference.

All Women candidates and Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Ex-Serviceman (Ex), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates are exempted from payment of Application fee.

However, after registration of application through on-line, the candidates have to down-load and print the personalized registration confirmation form, from our website which contains the Name of the Candidate, Registration Number, Advertisement No., and Post Code for future reference.
