ADMIT CARD FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION OF CT(TECH & TRADES) – 2016-17 (Exam Date : 14-05-2017)

i) Enter Name (Mr./Ms)
ii) Enter Date of Birth
iii) Click on “Search Status” Button

Note :
Your admission is provisional. Later on, if it is found that you are not fulfilling the eligibility conditions, your candidature will be rejected and no appeal in this regard will be entertained. Therefore, you are advised to ensure that you must have to fulfill all the eligibility conditions in accordance with the advertisement.

1- Candidates will be permitted to appear only on the examination centre as mentioned in their admit card.
2- No candidate will be permitted to appear in examination hall, if he has no valid admit card having scanned photograph with signature on it.

3- Candidate will be permitted to enter in examination centre between 08:00 to 09:30 hrs. No candidate will be permitted to enter after 09:30 hrs. No candidate will be permitted leave the examination hall before the completion of examination.

4- Candidate will not be carried any documents in examination hall except call letter. Candidates should have to follow the instructions issued by the Supervisor/Hall Inspector failing which or to try or apply unfair means, his candidature will be rejected and will also be liable to punished as deemed fit by the competent authority.

5- If any candidate has found mobile phone/pager or any unauthorized gadgets with him whether he is using it or not after starting of examination in the examination hall will be deemed as using unfair means.

Therefore, candidates are advised in their own interest that they must not carry mobile phone/cellular phone/pager including any other objects which are not permissible at examination centre because there is no any arrangement to keep safe these objects.

6- Candidates are advised to bring blue and black ball pen to write/fill in the OMR/Answer sheet in the examination.
7- Your roll number is your seat number at examination hall.
8- This is candidate’s copy. Please keep it till declaration of final result.
9- Show this copy for entering in the examination centre and also must show it to the invigilator or other officer details for examination whenever they demand to show it.
10- To avoid delay in reaching for exam candidates are advised to see their examination centre before date of exam.
11- In the event of any accident occurred during examination, candidate will himself be responsible and there will be no responsibility of the examination centre.

12- Candidate must fill complete details in OMR Answer like as Name, Roll No, Language option, Category, Question Booklet No. Question booklet series code, Name of examination centre, Date of birth, Certification statement, Signature at appropriate columns/Boxes.

13- Question no. 33 to 40 (Part.I) are in English and Hindi (Comprehension). Candidate has to fill up correct language option in OMR sheet for attempting it either in English or in Hindi. If language option not filled correctly by the candidate, his / her answer sheet will not be evaluated.

14- Candidate must darken the bubble of trade correctly for which they appearing in exam.
