Essential Qualification : MBBS, MD with DM in Neurology (or equivalent)

Essential Qualification : MBBS, MD with DM in Nephrology (or equivalent)

Essential Qualification : MBBS, MS with MCh in Neurosurgery (or equivalent)

GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. Applicants should apply on plain paper with complete Biodata along with attested copies of all testimonials indicating the following informations in a structured manner:

2. Application complete with Bio-Data should reach the office of the

on or before the 31st May, 2017. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed with the name of post applied for.
3. The date of interview will be intimated later. All relevant Certificates Testimonials, etc. (IN ORIGINAL) to be produced at the time of Interview.
