The Division of Educational Research invites application for the post of JPF and Computer programmer on contract basis.
Post : Junior Project Fellow (JPF)
Qualification :
a) Essential :
Post Graduate in Education or allied subject with at least 55% Marks, Experience of Educational Research
b) Desirable :
i) Knowledge of field work data processing through computer.
ii) Proficiency in English knowledge of preparation of research abstract
Age Limit : Should be below 40 years
Tenure : Up-to 31 March, 2018
Fellowship : Rs.16,000 /-p.m. with Net & 14,000/- p.m Non Net (Consolidated and fixed)

1. Post Graduate(Computer Science/IT)/B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT)/M. Tech. /MCA with 55% or equivalent Grade2
2. Skill in creation & maintenance of Website and Content Management System PHP, DBMS (MS Sql) (Sql Server), Moodle,HTML,HTML5, CSS, Java Script, J Query
b) Desirable :
(i)Designing and organizing online course/survey.
(ii)Joomla, Drupal, Adobe Photoshop
Age limit : Should be below 40 years
Tenure : Up-to 31 March, 2018
Fellowship : Rs.29,000/-p.m. (Consolidated and fixed)

Interested candidates who fulfill the above conditions should sent their bio-data to Head, Division of Educational Research, 3rd Floor, Zakir Hussain Khand, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110016 by hand/post or email (ncertder[AT]gmail.com) up to 20 June, 2017.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview on 29th June, 2017. They are expected to come with original certificates, testimonials and other related material i.e. reports, documents, articles, etc. showing applicant’s experience, if any at the time of interview. Selection process will include a skill test.
Note :
1. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility conditions in terms of (i) Educational Qualifications (ii) Experience etc.
2. Candidates already in job should bring their applications endorsed by their employees or with a No objection certificate.
3. Candidates should bring original certificates at the time of interview.
4. The Computer Programmer/CAs who have already worked in the Council for 2 years need not apply.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
6. The selected candidate should bring their original certificates at the time of interview.
7. Candidates are requested to bring with them their written or published work, if any.
