Medical Officer, Nurse Recruitment :

Standard Form of application in a sealed envelope containing CV along with self attested copies of all testimonials & 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photograph should be submitted at Assam State AIDS Control Society, Khanapara, Guwahati on or before 27th June, 2017.
