Office Assistant, Masalchi Recruitment :

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following posts in Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service in Civil Courts of Coimbatore District.

Hence the eligible candidates may apply for the under mentioned post in the prescribed format along with copies of all the testimonials and certificates duly self attested to this office address mentioned below by post only.

After scrutinizing the applications, the eligible candidates list will be informed in this court’s website and those eligible candidates are alone allowed to appear for the examination held.

I. Name of the Post : Office Assistant
1. No. of Vacancy : 33 (Posts)
2. Scale of Pay : Rs. 4800-10000+G.P.1300 (per month)
3. Educational Qualification : 8th Pass and preference will be given to the LMV Driving License Holder having experience.

II. Name of the Post : Night Watchman / Watchman / Masalchi cum Night Watchman – 5 Posts (Male only)
1. No. of Vacancy : 5 Nos
2. Scale of Pay : Rs. 4800-10000+G.P.1300 (per month)
3. Educational Qualification : Must be able to Read and Write in Tamil

III. Name of the Post : Sweeper / Scavenger – 5 Posts
1. No. of Vacancy : 5 Nos
2. Scale of Pay : Rs. 4800-10000+G.P.1300 (per month)
3. Educational Qualification : Must be able to Read and Write in Tamil

IV. Name of the Post : Masalchi – 4 Posts
1. No. of Vacancy : 4 Nos
2. Scale of Pay : Rs. 4800-10000+G.P.1300 (per month)
3. Educational Qualification : Must be able to Read and Write in Tamil

V. Name of the Post : Gardener – 2 Posts
1. No. of Vacancy : 2 Nos
2. Scale of Pay : Rs. 4800-10000+G.P.1300 (per month)
3. Educational Qualification : Must be able to Read and Write in Tamil

Age as on 01.07.2017:-
(a) Minimum age limit :- Should have completed 18 years of age

(b) Maximum age limit :-
1. Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars), Scheduled Tribes and Destitute Widows of all casts. Below 35 years
2. Most Backward Classes/ De notified Communities, Backward Classes and Backward Classes (Muslims) Below 32 years
3. “Others” (i.e., Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs). Below 30 years

All the applications, with passport size photos affixed and duly self-attested on the Right margin of the application, in the space provided, as mentioned should be submitted along with self attested copies of all educational certificates , priority certificates if any ( Physically challenged, Destitute Widow, Inter-caste marriage & others )and other certificates on or before 12.07.2017 till 5.45 p.m. along with a self addressed envelope (26cmx10cm in size) by affixing Postal Stamp for Rs.30/- (Rupees Thirty only) to the under mentioned address ;

The Principal District Judge, Coimbatore has been vested with the authority to select the qualified and eligible candidates, to postpone the interview, if circumstances need to annul the advertisement without any prior intimation.

The applicants are strictly instructed to follow the instructions issued along with this notification. Failure in following the instructions will lead to the rejection of the application.

Instructions to the Candidates :
1. All applications should be submitted in the prescribed format through post only. Separate application should be submitted for each post, if an application is received for more than one post will leads to rejection.

2. Only copies of certificates should be submitted along with the application and all the copies of certificates should duly be self attested by the applicant. Original Certificates need not be sent along with the applications. The applications received without copy of certificates will be rejected without any prior intimation.

3. All the columns in the application should be duly filled in and incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. If any of the claims of the applicant is found to be false, the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled without any notice.

4. Applicants who intend to claim priority, the copy of certificate with regard to the priority should be enclosed with the application. Failure to adhere the same will lead to the rejection of the application.

5. The unsigned applications and the applications not mentioning the post for which applied will lead to the rejection of the application.

6. The recent Passport size photograph of the candidates affixed on the application should be self attested by the applicant. All the copies of certificates should duly be self attested.

There is no need to get attestation from any Gazette Officer or any other authority, but the candidates should submit all the original certificates, testimonials and proof of identity at the time of interview. The applicants are informed to enclose a self addressed envelope (26cmx10cm in size) by affixing Postal Stamps for Rs.30/- (Rupees Thirty only).

7. A postal cover sent by an applicant should contain only one application. More than one application should not be sent in a postal cover.

8. All further communications / Memo / Intimation for interview should be made only through website ecourts.gov.in/tn/Coimbatore. No communication will be sent to the applicants individually, other than the communication made in the website, and so the applicants are advised to observe further communication in the website.
