Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), established in 1985 functions as the Technical Directorate of Department of E&IT, Govt. of Odisha. OCAC was conceived by the State Government to bridge the gap between services & people and theory & practice.

JOB SUMMARY :
** System Requirement Study, Preparation of DPR, RFP, Evaluation of RFP, e-Governance Project Management and implementation.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
Degree of First Class B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science or Electronics or B. Sc. First Class Honours with First Class MCA or BCA First Class with First Class MCA.
Experience : 6 years Experiences in the field of e-Governance / IT etc.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
Scale of Pay :- Rs. 9300-34800 GP-4600/-
House Rent and other allowances as admissible to Govt. of Odisha Employees.

GENERAL CONDITIONS :
** Age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 32 years as on 31/12/2016. However, age of the persons working in OCAC on contractual / outsourcing basis shall be under 45 years as on 31/12/2016.
** Candidates working in the Government/Semi-Government institutions should submit their applications through proper channels.
** In order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview, the Management of OCAC reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria. Management may also relax/lower the qualifying standards/criteria in case suitable candidates are not available.
** OCAC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment without any notice or without assigning any reason thereof.
** Any legal proceeding in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an application in response thereto shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Bhubaneswar only.
** No correspondence shall be entertained with the candidates not selected for the interview or thereafter.

SELECTION PROCESS :
Selection process will comprise of written test / technical test / personal interview of shortlisted candidates.
