GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE):
For Unit I
No. of vacancies : 1
Reservation : General Turn-1
Qualification : Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant
Age Limit : Minimum 49 years as on 01/06/2017
Experience :
** Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in reputed industrial organization as on 01/06/2017.
** Should have worked as head of finance function in a reputed public company for a minimum period of 3 years.
** Should have exposure in Project Finance, Funds Mobilization, Funds Management, Forex Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring.
** The incumbent will be responsible for all Finance, Costing and Accounting functions including Plant Accounting, Management Accounting, Budgetary Control, MIS, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Export Finance etc.
** The Selected candidate should be able to provide effective Guidance and Leadership to a high calibre team.
** Age and experience may be relaxed upto 2 years in deserving cases

GENERAL MANAGER (MARKETING) & GENERAL MANAGER (EXPORT):-
(For Corporate Office)

Qualification :
(a) First class full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
(or)
(b) First Class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
(or)
(c) First class Full time MBA (Marketing)

NOTE: In case of candidates with minimum 5 years experience in Board Marketing, the requirement of MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma in Marketing Management will be relaxed.

Age Limit : Minimum 49 years as on 01/06/2017
Experience : Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in marketing field, as on 01/06/2017.
NOTE:
1) Marketing experience in Paper / Paper Board is desirable.
2) Marketing experience in Paper / Paper Board Exports is desirable.
