Medical Officer Recruitment :

Jharkhand State AIDS Control Society, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand invites applications from suitable candidates for different positions in ART Centers through Registered/Speed Post.

The positions would be purely contractual in nature. Requirements for the posts are as follows-

Educational qualification & other desirables:
Sr. Medical Officer :
a) First Preference should be given to candidates with MD in Medicine or any Clinical discipline.
OR
b) Candidates with MBBS plus Diploma in any Clinical discipline having minimum 3 yrs exp. can be considered.
OR
c) Candidates with MBBS plus Fellowship in HIV Medicine/Diploma in public health having 3 yrs. of experience can be considered

Medical Officer :
MBBS.
Preference will be given to the candidates trained by NACO at one of the NACO designated training centers (STM Kolkata, MAMC Delhi and BJMC Ahmedabad)

Counsellor :
Should hold a Masters degree in Social Work (Preferably specialized in medical & psychiatric social work. If no candidate with the above qualification is available candidates with degree in sociology may be considered.

Age Limit : Up to 60 years of age and medically fit to work.

a. Society reserves the right to cancel any or all position at any stage of recruitment process.
b. At any stage of recruitment, if it is found that candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and/or that he/she has furnished incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled.
c. The decision of the Society in any matter relating to the recruitment at any stage of the recruitment process will be final and binding upon the candidates. No correspondence or personal queries in this regard shall be entertained.
d. A written test will be conducted for all positions as per the guidelines laid down by Dept. of Personnel, Govt. of Jharkhand.
e. On the envelop of the application form it must be mentioned “Application form for the post of —– ——— (Name of the Post/ Post Code) at the respective ART Centre (Name of the ART Centre).
f. The date of written test will be notified to the candidates by the respective Institutions/Sadar Hospitals.
g. Attach copies of all relevant certificates & documents attested by the Gazetted Officer.
h. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Exam.
